The Willamette FIRO Pilot Study is exploring how advanced forecasting, adaptive reservoir operations, and ecosystem restoration can work hand-in-hand. Andy Martin (USACE Portland District) will share lessons learned from this multi-agency effort to support fish, flows, flood protection, and water supply reliability.
