Lunch-MAR: Best Practices for Environmental Regulatory Compliance for Flood-MAR

This presentation will review existing laws, including Executive Orders and exemptions, as a basis for presentation of an update to the Flood-MAR CEQA & Permitting Flow Chart originally developed in 2023. The presentation will also introduce a new FloodMAR Permitting Strategy Fact Sheet for implementers of pilot and permanent projects.
